Coronavirus: Solutions for Sellers and Buyers

Never before have buyers been reluctant to view, or sellers have their properties viewed, because of health concerns. Dropping mortgage rates have ramped up demand but social distancing is creating hesitancy. The bridge between the two is video virtual tours.
Buying? Go to Buyers: What We Do.
We’ve been doing High Definition video tours of our listings for 10 years. The response from Sellers and Buyers is overwhelmingly positive. Buyers decide on their computer if the property is for them. Sellers don’t experience excessive unnecessary showings. When Buyers do view the property in person it’s usually because they’ve short listed it and are there to confirm what they concluded from the video.
Our tours are unlike most others - you actually feel like you're walking through the property. And you won't see us promoting ourselves in the video. Just the property with a music soundtrack added for our listings Go to one of our listings to have a look.
Thinking of selling? We'd be happy to do a quick sample tour of the exterior of your property, process it and send it to you to view on your computer and/or TV. No charge, and no face-to-face contact unless you decide to hire us. Video tours are included in our marketing package so you don't pay extra. You do get peace of mind that there's an added buffer in these unprecedented times.
